Pedagogical & Educational Leadership: Oversee service operations in alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Team Mentorship & Culture: Build a collaborative, positive workplace environment. Mentor educators and room leaders to deliver high-quality early childhood practice.
Operational & Occupancy Management: Drive enrolment growth, manage staffing rosters, and maintain operational efficiency across the service.
Family & Community Engagement: Establish strong, trusted relationships with families, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Quality Improvement: Continuously refine the Centre Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and lead ongoing readiness for Assessment and Rating (A&R)
